    This is the first one of these that I’ve gotten. It didn’t come with a weight for it. I put a bath bomb in it & it fit perfectly & adds some weight. It came with 2 extra screws. I put it together & it was really hard to do (harder without the weight)! I could only keep it up for about 7 times, but today (the second day of having it), I got all my steps in & it made me sweat a little. This is low intensity workout & it is fine for me. I gained weight after being hit by a car & having a lot of injuries including a broken neck, so Im trying to get back into shape.

The movements of the pelvis are a little jerky at the beginning but we quickly take the right gesture. It's much simpler than the traditional and it muscles more. Glutters, hips, belly and lower back. Very nice to practice a little bit every day. I like it personally. I recommend if you want to strengthen these parts of the body, it can help to lose belly.
